Delivery expense:
Delivery expense of 2,99€ in metropolitan France by Colissimo 24 to 48h. Delivery expense of 20€ out of metropolitan France by Colissimo 48 to 72h.
Delivery delay:
Because we make our products on demand, the delivery delay for clothes is 10 to 20 days from order validation, 3 to 5 days for accessories and 3 to 5 weeks for wedding and ceremony dresses.
Delivery following:
You will receive a number that will enable you to follow the delivery of your order. The package will be delivered at the address mentioned in your account. In case of absence during a delivery, a notification will be put in your postbox. On this notification, the forwarding agent will specify you if you can retrieve your package at the post office or if he has scheduled to come back. In case of prolonged absence, the package may be returned to us.
Delivery issue:
We demand you to not take delivery of damaged package (damaged box, opened, deteriorated), you must refuse it. Without any expressed reserve, we won't be able to considerate any possible disappearances or deteriorations, neither to proceed to an indemnification. If you have no notification about your package even though it has been posted for more than 7 working days, we invite you to contact us at this address: serviceclients@thilan.fr, we will request the forwarding agent used for sending and will let you know as soon as possible.
